Welcome to Bellevue’s newest office building.

At the corner of 4th and 106th Street in downtown Bellevue, Four106 is a new 25 story office tower just steps away from the new Eastside light rail and surrounded by the best shopping, dining, and hotels that Bellevue has to offer. We created a complete logo and branding package that complements the architecture of the building. We also created a custom website to showcase the building’s unique amenities and surrounding views, along with a video that includes local talent, showcasing the connected and convenient nature of the building.

Amenities with a hospitality focus.

The amenity spaces at Four106 are named and branded according to their purpose and function. The bike room, fitness area, rideshare area and conference spaces have all been uniquely crafted with the tenant in mind. We created brands for each space that have been carried out via tactics, signage and wayfinding.
