Capturing the brand of an iconic pair of Seattle commercial office buildings

Union Square recently went through an extensive update focused on refreshing and expanding the property’s public spaces.

The new architecture is intended to represent the unique intersection of natural beauty and technology, creating spaces intended to foster community, creativity and development. The new brand needed to capture this elegance and prestige.

The new Union Square brand is light and airy, reflecting the aesthetic of their recent renovations.

The update included print and digital marketing assets, website, high-level messaging and copy, property and drone photography and videography. The WordPress-powered website features an interactive, build-your-own marketing and available space brochure for brokers and prospective tenants.

The new Two Union Square lobby’s towering fractal wall and wave-like ceiling was at the center of the property’s updates.

To celebrate the lobby’s opening, we worked closely with the Washington Holdings team, creating letterpress invitations, exhibit signage, landing page, and a video featuring candid interviews with the Washington Holdings executives and the NBBJ architectural team.

A magazine filled with property and neighborhood news is distributed to Union Square tenants quarterly.
