Urban Visions’ The Net will rise 36 stories over Seattle’s central business district, delivering over 800,000 square feet of Class A+ office space, next-generation smart building technology and Seattle’s first three-tiered rooftop park. Everything about Urban Visions’ The Net—the fractured lines of its architecture, the rethinking of its community and gathering spaces—looks to the future. The tower’s brand and its identity needed to do the same.
