Branding Seattle's last campus opportunity.

A unique campus with transit connectivity and downtown amenities.

At over 7 acres and 1.2 million square feet of office and retail space, S will be one of Urban Visions’ most significant projects to date. The project demanded a  brand that would capture the scope, significance, and most importantly, the vision of what would  most likely be Seattle’s last downtown campus opportunity of its size and class.

 

From full brand development to print and digital marketing materials and content creation, we worked closely with Urban Visions’ leadership to create an identity with the national buzz it deserved.
