Refreshing a boutique real estate services brand from the ground up.

KGIP needed their brand to convey their unique regional experience with the depth and sophistication of a larger, national provider.

We worked closely with their team to deliver a brand that helps set them apart and above their competition. The new brand included a logo, complete brand, photography and messaging guidelines, and a full suite of marketing materials, including a perfect bound booklet with custom folder, business papers, white papers and other print collateral.
