A brand developed to reflect office, retail and urban living.

Esterra Park is a 30-acre master planned community just off SR-520, adjacent to the Microsoft campus and the new Overlake Light Rail Station.

The community includes over 2,600 new apartments in six different communities, approximately 240,000 square feet of Class A high-tech office space and short and extended stay hotel options. The centerpiece is The Park at Esterra Park; a 3-acre gathering place that will offer an events and music venue, food options and vast open, nature spaces. The Esterra Park brand had to capture and speak to all these varied facets and amenities.


Each facet of the property is represented on the website.

Highlights include transit times to the property as well as various tenant and neighborhood amenities.

We provided full-service video production—scripting, directing, rendering, shooting and editing the Esterra Park marketing video.

Our goal was to provide a quick but engaging overview of the property.
