This sustainable office building is in the Cascade neighborhood of South Lake Union, with easy access to transit and downtown amenities.
All of these aspects were factors that played into the naming, logo design and brand development of the building. We completed a full brand guidelines, responsive website and suite of marketing materials for this property.
