Pete heads up Dapper as Founder and Creative Director. His love of design began with drawing The Who logo 10,000 times on Pee-Chee folders, desks and friends’ forearms. He now strives to get his customers’ logos on anything that stands still long enough. He’s built a company culture founded on creativity, collaboration, inquisitiveness and Panang chicken. He brings talent and experience, both technical and creative, ranging from web to print. During his 20 years of experience Pete has created notable work for even more notable companies.
Pete has a BA from UW in Art History where he studied to be Indiana Jones. Pete can often be found on a soccer field, heading to a soccer field or returning from a soccer field. He resides part time in the Methow Valley at his fortress of solitude with superwoman Monica and his greatest works, sons Dan, Joe and Brendan.
Hannah joined the Dapper team in 2011 after graduating from the Visual Communication program at Seattle Pacific University. Growing up in the small town of Snohomish, WA gave her an appreciation for the energy and creativity of the big city, which continues to inspire her. While at Dapper, Hannah has grown in her ability to organize and manage many aspects of being part of a small business, including estimating, invoicing, and scheduling. In 2017, Hannah joined the adjunct faculty at SPU, where she taught the introductory-level typography class for seven years. Hannah became a partner at Dapper in the fall of 2024.
When not in the office, she can probably be found exploring fun restaurants and neighborhoods around Seattle and drinking her morning coffee on the deck with her co-worker/husband, Chris.
Since joining Dapper, Mark has found himself working on a variety of projects, from print to web, signage to branding. He enjoys the mix of creativity and problem-solving that design offers, and appreciates the opportunity to utilize several different skills on a daily basis. Mark became a partner at Dapper in the fall of 2024.
Originally from Atlanta, Mark earned a degree in neuroscience and taught English in Taiwan before he realized that doodling in the margins and laying out worksheets was what he enjoyed most. He went back to school and earned a BA in Graphic Design from California College of the Arts. After graduating, he moved with his wife from the Bay Area up to the PNW to ply his trade.
During his off hours, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. He has a new interest seemingly every couple weeks, but some of the more consistent ones are hiking, driving on backroads, listening to music, and reading heavy books.
Kayla has been a part of the Dapper team since 2011, designing websites, logos and building custom brands. Being able to creatively problem solve and work directly with our clients is considered a job perk for her. She is a graduate from Villanova University with a BA in Communication and has studied Graphic Design from The Art Institute and Seattle’s School of Visual Concepts.
She enjoys living in Seattle with her husband, daughters and their golden-retriever, Murray.
Chris joined the Dapper team in March 2013 after moving from the heartland of Kansas, trading the flat prairies for the mountainous beauty of the Pacific Northwest. His working midwestern roots left him relishing the opportunity to work in any design medium that comes his way. After owning and operating a screen printing and letterpress company, he flipped the switch and took on the digital frontier. Today he is just as comfortable designing a fully functional responsive website as he is creating a cross-platform brand campaign. Chris graduated with BAs in Graphic Design & Art History from Wichita State University. After graduating, he spent two months backpacking with his sister across Europe, taking in the sites and trying all the delicious foods that each country had to offer.
In his free time, you can find him in the kitchen cooking extravagant meals, going hiking in the mountains or designing band posters for his bluegrass buddies back home.
Anna began her work on a wide range of print, branding, and web design projects with the Dapper team in 2017. Her passion for design and creativity was sparked at an early age and led her to pursue a Visual Communication Design degree from the University of Washington. She loves the power of problem solving and is in constant pursuit of finding the “ah-ha” moments in developing creative design solutions.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Anna has a passion for adventure and all things outdoors. Out of the office, you can usually find her splitting her time between exploring the backroads and the city streets. A few of her favorite things include weekends spent in the San Juan Islands, Sunday morning hikes, enjoying brunch at a new restaurant, and planning her next trip to a new city.
Jamison became a member of the Dapper team in 2018. During his time with the company he has worked on print, web, and branding projects. He graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a BA in Visual Communications.
Prior to earning his degree, he served four years as an active duty member of the U.S. Coast Guard. During his time in the service, he conducted search and rescue missions and was a federal law enforcement officer on the Great Lakes.
Outside of work, he enjoys finding a new restaurant, walking through Discovery Park, or catching a concert with his wife. He is a loyal Mariners fan so feel free to offer him your condolences.
