A new look for a revitalized office space.
1101 Westlake brings new energy to a thriving neighborhood. Our task was to elevate their existing marketing materials and build a custom website focusing on their interior renovations, prime Lake Union location and stunning views. Our solution softened the brand with a more natural color palette and infused personality through subtle animation and a unique typeface. We also coordinated a local photographer to capture the upgrades at the ground level. The result is a marketing tool that highlights the building amenities while inviting the user to imagine themselves in the newly-renovated space.
