A family-owned company that specializes in multifamily projects from start to finish.

Deal Investments is a third generation family company that acquires, develops, and operates multifamily investments in the greater Seattle Area. They came to us with an outdated website and the need to communicate their service offerings more clearly.

In an effort to grow their online presence and fully develop their portfolio assets, we crafted a more modern, approachable brand for the Deal team. Using a dark color palette with bright pop of green allowed us to subtly nod to their Pacific Northwest roots, and we mirrored the new dot pattern in the lowercase “d” in their new logo.

The Deal Investments team now has a brand that feels fresh and accessible. The new website utilizes full-frame imagery that showcases their properties, with an interactive “card” layout for each project on the homepage. We also developed business papers, window decals, and swag to fully round out the brand refresh.
