Comcast was looking for an internal employee communication campaign that could effectively reach, inform and honor employees. Our solution was to remove the employer to employee hierarchy and voice of their existing communications, placing the employees themselves at the center of the campaign. The “I am Comcast” campaign included a logo, 16-page booklet with gate-fold, and a variety of environmental materials. We also developed the campaign’s visual style and coordinated with photographers across the country to capture images of noteworthy employees in action.
